It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living-dinning room with opened kitchen and nice terrace of 16 sq.m. With wardrobe (washing machine, dryer, thermo). The apartment has air conditioned hot/cold, alarm system and one place for parking in the basement. The residential is very quiet and nice, with a big pool and lot of beautiful plants around.
