I was double charged on check in on the 20th of May and it is now 3 weeks later and my “refund” is nowhere to be seen.
That means I spent my holiday with a significant amount of my spending money gone because of this hotel. I have never left a bad review for anywhere in my entire life apart from this hotel.
It would have been okay if the refund was given to me in cash but no the refund was issued to my card, which I actually doubt is true because a debit refund DOES NOT take over 3 weeks.
The hotel did absolutely NOTHING to make up for this mistake, no room upgrade, not even a free meal or drink voucher, just an “oops sorry” which is unacceptable.
Don’t book this hotel if you truly are on a budget, I am lucky I had a lot of money in my account, if I didn’t I would have been stuck in Ibiza with not a penny to my name because of this hotels mess up. Holiday ruined.
Where is my money??? I’ve emailed THREE different email addresses with no reply! Disgusting way to treat people.
