Its dominant position makes it particularly silent, the balconies and the large terrace that surround it increase the living spaces. On the large solarium that serves the living area, the kitchens and the living room, it is possible to sunbathe, have meals and maybe cook with the barbacue. All in maximum privacy just a few minutes from the city center. The kitchen is large and sunny, equipped with every useful accessory (oven, plate, dishwasher etc ...) with ample space to comfortably find space for up to six people. The leaving area, also overlooking the large solaium, warm and welcoming, allows you to spend relaxing time in front of the TV or reading a book while relaxing. The bedrooms, both with balcony, overlook the west side and have a wide view of the hills facing. Finally, the bathroom, equipped with shower, with adjoining balcony with washing machine, completes the spaces of the house. Mehr positives gibt nicht. Die Einrichtung ist uralt, dreckig und kaputt. Die Dusche verstopft nach jedem Duschen, zudem ist sie undicht und läuft aus. Wir haben Wasser schöpfen und den Boden nach jedem Duschen wischen müssen. Armaturen (Küche und Bad) und Terrassenmöbel sind wackelig, man hat ständig Angst, es bricht. Bestandsliste passt nicht. Die Kaffeemaschine und der Backofen waren so dreckig, dass man da weder draus trinken, noch essen wollte. Der Fernseher war nicht angeschlossen, Markise kaputt, Couch hat weiße Flecken. Den Eigentümer erreicht man nicht, nur Vermittler und Freunde, die allerdings bemüht und nett waren. Nach einer Beschwerde mit vielen aussagekräftigen Bildern wurde eine andere Kaffeemaschine gebracht (nichts neues, aber nicht mehr ganz so dreckig), die Küchenschränke und die Dusche wurden versucht sauber zu bekommen, die Verstopfung wurde gelöst - das hielt gerade mal bis zur nächsten Dusche, danach wieder schöpfen und wischen. Es wurde gesagt, man gibt es dem Eigentümer weiter, aber von diesem hörten wir nichts. Ein Preisnachlass wurde abgelehnt, selbst die Endreinigung wurde nicht erstattet, obwohl die Wohnung ja nicht ansatzweise sauber war. Es wurde nach der Bitte einer Erstattung von einem Freund ein Nachlass SEINER Ferienwohnung angeboten, die wir weder je gesehen haben, noch die Lage kennen - alles in allem sehr traurig und nicht zufriedenstellend. ##### Katharina T. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und die Aussicht vom Balkon reicht bis zum Meer. Man kann die Strände, Supermärkte und sogar Innenstadt fußläufig erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar eine private Stadtführung angeboten. Als die Kinder krank waren, brauchten wir Ersatzbettwäsche, und das war auch alles kein Problem. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden gerne wiederkommen. Mille grazie, Gianni! ##### Satu E. Ce séjour a été fort agréable. Sanremo est une ville où il fait bon vivre. On a passé 15 jours sous le soleil. La résidence est agréable et calme. On peut tout faire à pied : les courses avec deux supermarchés juste à côté et les plages. Le seul bémol les plages sont privées donc payantes. Il faut le savoir car cela surprend. The apartment have 2 normal bedrooms, 1 big livingroom and 1 huge very beautiful terace. If you stay in Sanremo it worth visiting Monte Carlo ( 42 km away ), Cannes ( 80 km ) and Nice. La terrasse est grande, avec vue sur mer. Il y a des places de parking juste devant la résidence. Seul petit point négatif : les toilettes sont dans la salle de bains, et pas séparées, mais c'est un détail. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis, nous a fait faire un petit tour en voiture à San Remo, et nous a montré les principaux centres d'intérêt. Ich würde unseren Aufenthalt so einem 5-Sterne-Unterkunft bewerten. Die Aussicht war spektakulär und der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Seine Informationen waren für uns sehr nützlich bekommen, um den Bereich, wo die Dinge zu finden wissen. Die Wohnung selbst war schön, malerisch, sauber und hatte ein Gefühl von zu Hause darüber. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Alex N. 12 Sept 2012 #### Great place to stay in San Remo We were looking for a nice and affordable place to stay for 9 nights at the beginning of August in San Remo and found this apartment. We (a family of four) travelled together by car; recommended if you're travelling to San Remo in general. Parking space available in the private car park at the back or at the front. San Remo is a hilly place, so be prepared to do some walking. There are two double bedrooms with comfortable beds which is great for two couples. One of the siblings slept in the bedroom while the other stayed in the living room on a fold-out bed (need to ask for this, the landlord will bring it over if necessary). The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a supermarket (Co-op) and some local grocers so we had the chance to cook our own food on most nights. Good food - whether staying in and cooking your own, or going out - is not a problem in San Remo. The bathroom is small but has all the important luxuries. The shower is especially small and can be a bit difficult to navigate at times. As the description states, the beaches and restaurants are close, about 10 minutes worth of lazy-walk away. There is an Ice Cream place on the way to the beach (on the main high-street, next to the Co-op) which is said to be the best in San Remo - definitely recommended in the hot summer sun, and by far the best ice-cream we have ever had. No internet available in the apartment which is a definite plus if you want to really get disconnected from work email and the like. We used a local SIM card for any emergency contact with the outside world. It was a wonderful apartment to stay in, with a large balcony facing the sea. The photos don't actually do the view from the balcony nor the apartment justice - something we all enjoyed for the duration of our stay were the sunsets overlooking the sea in the distance - especially great when eating some local fruit. The landlord who looked after us was an amazingly hospitable and knowledgeable host. He showed us around San Remo and gave us all the pointers we needed to get the most out of our stay (special mention). A great apartment for couples or families alike. Excellent customer service from a friendly and helpful proprietor, Gianni, which included a tour of the town early in our stay. Recommended (party of 3 adults).
