We really enjoyed our stay at Ostuni Palace Hotel Ristorante & Spa. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of Ostuni right outside the hotel and only about a 10-minute walk to the historic centre.
Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was very good with a great selection.
Another big plus was the free parking, which made having a car in Ostuni so much easier. Breakfast and parking being included made the stay even better value.
We didn’t get a chance to try the spa during our stay, but it’s a nice option to have on-site. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Ostuni.

The owner and staff were lovely, attentive and very helpful. Rooms were new and cleaned thoroughly daily. Beautiful views. Tranquil location in late May before the summer season begins. It would be nice if they removed sea weed from the beach sand. Also we had a problem with billing but the staff were very concerned and worked to resolve it.

The place is beautiful but the staff weren’t friendly or helpful at all. The amenities were closet all the time. The beach towels were administrated at the lobby like a cheap hotel. I hope they improve the service because the place is very beautiful.

"The breakfast was ok but if you arrived after 9.30 (breakfast finishes at 10am) the food was being cleared away, tables weren't re-laid.
