Very bright apartment with 3 bedrooms, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher, useful outdoor terrace, private parking area with own square. Unbeatable location at just 400 mtrs. in a straight line from both the beach and downtown, just 5 min. Walking both ways. The apartment is located in a very quiet area with hardly any traffic of vehicles, and the little traffic is from the neighbors of the area since the street only gives access to the houses themselves. In the area you can walk, a few meters around, to have any type of service you need during your stay such as coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, restaurants, pizzerias, parks, etc. Sanlúcar de Barrameda is an irresistible destination, full of history, being the port of departure for the first round of the world by Fernando de Magallanes and Juan Sebastian Elcano and the third voyage of Christopher Columbus to the Americas, monuments, unique cuisine, wineries, famous for their Sunsets and horse races on the beach in summer in front of the Doñana Natural Park.
