    This maintained holiday home on the second floor is located between St. Johann in Pongau and Wagrain. From the balcony, you have a lovely view of the impressive mountain surroundings and ski slopes of Alpendorf. You have a lovely and spacious living room/kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and oven and as an extra, even a wood fired stove. In addition there is a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom for 2 persons, and on the first floor, you have an extra bedroom for three persons. You can enjoy the spacious garden in the summer. You reach the location via a reasonably sloping mountain road. In the direct proximity you will find leisure activities year round. The village centre of charming Wagrain, with a lovely swimming pool, is 4 km away. There are also plenty of walking and mountain biking areas. In the winter, the ski slopes of Alpendorf and Wagrain are both part of the Ski Amadé area, only a short distance away.
