Dirtiest room I have ever seen (hair and used condom on bed). Dust is everywhere!! Ocean view was just concrete even though we called and confirmed a week in advance. Room service was terrible. Room service options are just a few things with tiny portions. Called four times in one day and nothing. We were just requesting mini fridge refills for bottled water. Mini refrigerator has free soda, water, and beer. But they never refilled it. Restaurants have odd hours but food is great. A lot of the same meals. There are multiple restaurants but you had to make a reservation with two to three days in advance. So we couldn’t get in to anything other than the buffet. Pool area is great but don’t expect a seat. We didn’t get one in the 5 days we were there. We are frequent travelers and this is the first bad review I’ve ever given. Just a terrible hotel experience from the beginning.

Very crowded everywhere. Could not get into a restaurant unless reservations were made, which were impossible to make. Many of the restrooms around the pools had no soap and water did not work. Was also put in the wrong room upon arrival.

The staff was amazing and the property was gorgeous .

It was outdated. Elevators broke daily but they were fixed promptly. Service was amazing. Staff was wonderful. Great staff. I look forward to visiting after the upgrades.
