Welcome to your mountain retreat at Schweitzer! Nestled within the exclusive Spires gated community, this brand-new luxury home was designed for unforgettable getaways. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated from its soaring three-story layout to the breathtaking mountain views from nearly every room.  
  
Sleeping up to 12 guests, the home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, including a custom-designed bunk room with four queen beds, plus an office with sofa bed that doubles as the 4th bedroom - perfect for families or groups traveling together. The open living spaces feature upscale finishes, cozy gathering areas, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the natural beauty of North Idaho.  
  
Step outside onto the first floor balcony for breath taking views of Lake Pend Oreille & the surrounding mountain peaks, a gas BBQ & heated outdoor dining area . The second floor balcony has a six person hot tub and cozy couches around the fire table for starlit conversations. The third level balcony offers a private setting with an additional fire pit in a pine forest surrounded setting.  
  
There is a heated driveway leading into the two car garage for guest use including an EV charger. Also in the garage is a mud room including a ski storage rack and an electric boot dryer.  
  
The second floor game room has a pool table that can be easily converted to a ping pong table, guaranteeing fun for guests of all ages.  
  
The Third-level game room is an entertainer’s dream, outfitted with a full bar, foosball, shuffleboard, poker table, scrabble, board games, and multiple classic arcade games like pac man, frogger and 100’s more!  
  
Whether you’re here to ski fresh powder or pristine groomers in winter, hike or bike the alpine trails in summer, or simply relax in style. This home provides the perfect blend of adventure and luxury with less than a 5 minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
