This top-floor condo on the fourth level of building 7 offers an ideal blend of upscale comfort and resort-style amenities, all just steps from Sandpoint’s vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment scene. The spacious primary bedroom features a plush king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom is a den with a sliding pocket door and includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo ensures plenty of space for everyone. Take advantage of the fast gigabit fiber internet service, available via WiFi for all your work or streaming needs. Unique to this unit is the inclusion of a private boat slip in the Seasons marina, giving you convenient access to the lake and making it an ideal home base for summer boating adventures. With the lake at your doorstep and downtown Sandpoint just three blocks away, Condo #7-405 offers the perfect combination of relaxation and recreation in one of the Northwest’s most charming lake towns. \*\*Note: Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.
