Dirty, Bad service, leaks, Bar-Rest closed

There are 2 hotels with exactly same name different owner. I booked based on the nice one pics and actually the Map app only showed me that one so went to the wrong place. And then find this 'hotel'.
I asked to change towels and left the dirty on the floor, the room wasn't made which I said is fine leave but please bring clean towels. Never got them and the next day had to re-use the dirty ones from the floor because there was nobody around to help.
Reception, Restaurant and Bar were almost always closed.
There were leaks dropping on the carpet...
Don't recommend this hotel, for that price can go to a much better place.

we came to your room and you told us to come back later
unfortunately we cant keep coming back as it a was a busy bank holiday weekend
the other hotel - charges the double the price you paid to us
and towels cant get dirty in one shower only - its enviromental friendly to use towels for atleast 2 days
every day its not possible to change towels and cant be filthy
for the bank holiday price is very appropiate for an old victorian building
there is a premier inn on the island - they charged double or much higher the price for bank holiday weekend on line - the leak,
there is telephone in the rooms to ring of you need anything - we only open amenties if guest are present no point opening amenties when everybody is out and about.
its a 2 star hotel not 5 star - you didnt even book in breakfast - so you didnt even try the restaurant - we dont do eveing dinner on bank holiday weeknd either
