Villa Zingaro - San Vito Lo Capo is a magnificent stone house located along the coast that extends from the Zingaro reserve to San Vito Lo Capo, consisting of two apartments, independent and immersed in the Mediterranean scrub.  
Two apartments, located within a single rural structure in living stone, typical of the "firriato" area, independent and immersed in the Mediterranean scrub. Located along the scenic route that connects the tourist resort of S. Vito Lo Capo at the Zingaro nature reserve, the two houses, which are located in a single structure, have one 4 beds and the other with 2 places with the possibility of adding a cot / cot, offering a breathtaking view of the sea extending the view on a golf course that goes from the Tonnara del dry to the small bay where the so-called "lake of Venus" is located and where they often use boats to dock, also renowned for being able to enjoy the splendid sea and the vegetation offered by the enchanting coast cliff.

#### Wonderful stay

Villa Giumarra Scupazzo is in a magical spot on the hills outside of San Vito lo Capo and is excellently managed by Giuseppe, who is truly a super host! You are assured a delightful holiday there in either of the apartments. We loved every moment of our time spent at the villa and hope to visit again soon. We HIGHLY recommend!

Posizione della casa ottima tra le meravigliose spiagge di San Vito lo Capo e le straordinarie calette della Riserva dello Zingaro. Appartamento piccolo ma dotato di tutti i confort. Zona esterna con vista spettacolare che riempie gli occhi. Torneremo sicuramente anche grazie alla massima disponibilità di Giuseppe, host attento e premuroso

#### Wohnung mit freiem Blick über den Golfo di Castellammare

Direkter Zugang vom Haus zum Meer über längeren Trampelpfad, Ein- und Ausstieg zum / vom Wasser erfordert Windstille. Dagegen Schwimmen optimal in der ersten Bucht innerhalb des Nationalparks. Dort auch gute Wanderwege, ebenso wie auf den Monaco vom Haus weg. Auto unbedingt erforderlich wegen abgelegener Lage des Hauses. Das Haus hat zwei Wohnungen mit Terrassen übereinander. Die untere Wohnung ist ziemlich klein, hat aber alles nötige. Keine Sonne auf der Terrasse ab Nachmittags. Die Whatsapp Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war nett, er gab uns viele gute Tipps.
