### Villa Papini, seafront with 3 apartments and garden

Villa Papini is a 3-apartment structure facing the sea located in via Indipendenza between Bagno Venere and Barcaccina. This side of the sea is one of the most requested in San Vincenzo, the beach is sandy and wide, the sea is crystal clear and the front of the house is free beach. Less than 100 meters away we find Bagno Venere. The Top of this structure is having in addition to direct access to the sea, also a private garden for each apartment, as well as a private parking space each.  
In the sought-after area of ​​the Principessa, in particular of Bagno Venere (via Indipendenza n.43), we rent an apartment in a villa facing the sea located on the first floor and consisting of a kitchenette, living room, two double bedrooms, a small bedroom, a complete main bathroom, another bathroom (with toilet, shower and sink) and a small terrace for dining.  
  
On the ground floor there is a private fenced garden with table and chairs, parking space in the courtyard, an outdoor shower and direct access to the beach.  
  
EQUIPMENT: hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, TV, washing machine, WIFI.  
  
BEDS: There are 7 beds consisting of two double beds, a bunk bed and a pull-out bed.
