Santa Costanza is a structure built in 2003 and has 6 buildings joined by a large green area, numerous free parking spaces and a double swimming pool, one large and one for the little ones. The swimming pool is usually open from June 15th to September 15th and is supervised during opening hours by a lifeguard. Santa Costanza is a popular destination because the area is extremely quiet, in less than 10 minutes on foot, flat, you are at the sea and the shopping center (COOP) is less than 150 meters away.
Inside the Santa Costanza complex, on Via 8 Marzo, two-room ground-floor apartment with private outdoor space.
The interior consists of a kitchenette–living room, double bedroom, and bathroom.
Very large private outdoor area, accessible both from the living area and the bedroom, partly equipped as a relaxation area with outdoor seating, and partly as a dining area with table and chairs.
Beautiful setting surrounded by greenery, with communal swimming pools for adults and children, a sunbathing area equipped with umbrellas and loungers, communal parking areas, and all main services within walking distance.
AMENITIES: cooktop, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, air conditioning.
BEDS: There are 5 beds, consisting of one double bed, one single sofa bed in the bedroom, and one sofa bed in the living area.
