Santa Costanza is a structure built in 2003 and has 6 buildings joined by a large green area, numerous free parking spaces and a double swimming pool, one large and one for the little ones. The swimming pool is usually open from June 15th to September 15th and is supervised during opening hours by a lifeguard. Santa Costanza is a popular destination because the area is extremely quiet, in less than 10 minutes on foot, flat, you are at the sea and the shopping center (COOP) is less than 150 meters away.
Inside the Santa Costanza complex, in via 8 Marzo, two-room apartment on the first floor of a building served by a lift.
Internally it consists of a kitchenette - living room, double bedroom, covered dining terrace and bathroom.
The dining terrace is equipped with awnings, table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners.
Beautiful setting surrounded by greenery with shared swimming pools for adults and children and solarium equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, shared parking areas and with all the main services within walking distance.
EQUIPMENT: hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, 2 50-inch TVs, washing machine, air conditioning.
Also included is the use of two bicycles to be collected and returned at a bike center located 400 meters from the apartment.
BEDS: The beds are 5 consisting of a double bed, a sofa bed in the living area and a foldable camp bed.
