### Holiday apartment mit Terrasse

The holiday flat is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a holiday home estate, in the town centre. The following is available for use: terrace.  
  
**Location**  
San Teodoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartments are located in San Teodoro, with a distance to the sea between 100 m and 2000 m and to the centre between 300 m and 1500 m. The address is that of the Mare Terra office for key collection. For arrivals after 8 p.m. and before midnight, prior notification is required and an additional charge of €30 is applied. Access is directly from the main road. Parking on the property.  
  
**Special**  
There is no heating. Television reception is via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.  
For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector and fire extinguisher.

allowed, EUR 50.00/pet per stay. up to 20 kg or 35 cm shoulder height

The apartments can be located on the ground floor or on the first floor. **Living room** with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed, 1 baby cot, TV and dining area (4 seats). **Bedroom** with 1 double bed. **Cooking nook** **in the living room** with gas stove (4 flames), extractor hood, fridge and coffee machine. **Bathroom** with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
