Hotel is situated close to everything in Old San Juan. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. There's a open bar with limited options for guests, a nice bonus. Its a quaint old building, but nicely kept. The room was small, clean, comfortable bed, not spectacular by any means but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The biggest issue was hot water or lack therof. It could be hot for 30 seconds then cold, you never knew what to expect when in the shower.

great hotel . They give you drinks when you first arrive . Nice ocean view, nice side showers, and nice decor .. house keeping come in and clean for you. they were still constructing on some of the rooms. But you can tell once they are finish, this hotel is going to be 10/10 .

"Just an FYI "kitchenette" means only a frig and microwave. No way to cook any meals yourself. Would of enjoyed screens on the windows, would of enjoyed the breeze and listen to the ocean. Overall, loved this place and would definitely visit again."
