Apartment in the center of San Sebastián with views of the Buen Pastor Cathedral, shops and bars at street level, 200m from La Concha beach, 10 minutes walk from the bus station and Renfe on one side and 7 minutes from the Topo station, finally just five minutes walk from the old part.

Great apartment in the heart of San Sebastian
The apartment is great for a group of max 3 people. Close to train and long distance/local buses. Also within a few blocks of supermarkets, great restaurants and the beach. The host is very helpful and responds within minutes. The only downside is that there’s a subway excavation happening right in front of the building, which creates noise the entire day.

Fabulous apartment in San Sebastián
We had an amazing stay at Maria’s place. It’s right in the heart of the city with easy access to the beach and old town. Maria is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area, people and customs. We could not have had a better stay. We will be back for sure. ¡Gracias María!

Great location for lots of walking and sightseeing
Very friendly host Maria was wonderful at accommodating with our crazy schedule arrival by train. Apartment close to train station and easy walking distance to most of the city. Enough space to feel very comfortable Cooking facilities rarely used as great and reasonably priced restaurants near by. Also appreciated the washing machine

Very good stay
The flat was excellent. The location downtown was great. Maria did an excellent job with communication and she had a wonderful place. The only caution would be that the street is it very noisy during the night. But when you are in San Sebastian, there’s always going be some street noise. I highly recommend this location with Maria!

Super host, apartment compact but perfect for three
Maria met us at the apartment, helped with our luggage, and spent time showing us everything in the apartment and making recommendations. She even arranged an early morning van for our departure. The apartment is compact and exactly as described. It is walking distance to everything in San Sebastián including Old Town.

Lovely apartment
This apartment is really very nice and comfortable, and located within a 5-10 minute walk of everything you could want, the beach, restaurants, bars, groceries. And you can see the beautiful church down the street from the balcony. I really appreciated my week there.
