It is a very noisy place. 3am there were fireworks going off (we were on the 5th floor)! There are floorboards everywhere that are so noisy & squeaky from the floors above, when someone flushed the loo in the room next door or above? It sounds like it’s in your room. Nice hotel but don’t expect a decent nights sleep - or take good earplugs! We had a balcony, city view room.

It's centrally located on Concha Beach, which was great even though the room didn't have a view of the water. The room was fairly spacious and very clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom clean and a good size. There was even a day bed in the entrance. The only shortcoming was the poor wifi signal in the room apparently because the room was too far away from the router. The woman at the desk offered to reset the router, which imporoved the signal, but only temporarily.
