Most incredible setting for a hotel
This is your chance to stay in a real European castle! The check in experience by car, driving all the way up to the lobby alone is worth the stay! The service is excellent and the view is just incredible. Loved discovering the random gems you don’t usually get in a hotel, like an actual medieval jail! Rooms are cute and the breakfast was excellent too. Loved it!

Gorgeous location, but needs some help.. heavy chandelier above the bed seems strange and a bit dangerous, loud bar music at the castle view restaurant, seems abandoned with so much potential — we relished in the amazing views and hope the best for this property in the future!

Overnight in a beautiful castle
One would never imagine to get to sleep in a historical castle. The drive up to the castle & through the gates was lovely. The morning views from our room out the window at the village below was simply amazing. As for the room itself, however, the mattress was very firm & pillows are super hard...so not the most comfortable to sleep in. As for Covid-19 safety - We felt safe here as the staff all wore masks at all times & visitors wore masks as soon as they stepped in through the front door of the hotel or in the common areas. The breakfast buffet was served by 1 employee behind the plexi-glass which felt clean & safe. The breakfast selections seemed a bit limited compared to the 5 other hotels we have stayed at in Italy on this road trip.
Nice to look at but pillows & mattress quite hard.

Great Hotel in Prosecco region
Beautiful hotel that dates from the Roman Empire, most of it is now from the 1700’s. Staff was welcoming, restaurant was good. Room was a little small but that did not present any issues. A great location to explore the Prosecco region

Great place to stay
We were there for our five-year wedding anniversary. The staff was attentive and kind. Our air conditioner was broken and they changed the room immediately. Excellent breakfast buffet and gorgeous, well-maintained premises. Highly recommend.

Friend getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Castelbrando. The staff directed us to a fun hike nearby, suggested a great prosecco winery to do a tasting at, and the spa and restaurants on site were fantastic!

Amazing place with Impressive services
Castel Brando is a beautiful castle hotel as well as a local attraction as a historic site with fantastic view. Breakfast was good and the dinner at their formal restaurant is strongly recommended. Foods were very good, the price was very reasonable, and the services were very impressive. They upgraded our room from standard to The Countess Room which is the best and one and only room in the hotel. Why? We had a very bad experience in Firenze the day before and the hotel manager heard about our story from the hotel where we stayed in Firenze. You can imagine easily how impressive and thankful feeling we had! As soon as we stepped in that amazing room, our terrible experience was compensated and even more ~! Thank you, Castel Brando! It was a really some experience in my life~!

Not a four star hotel!
Even though as a guest you have free access everywhere in the castle they should offer a free tour of it (the museum isn't good enough) The Fuccina restaurant far better then the fancy one. For a four star hotel the breakfast buffet isn't four star just standard. The town is a gost town, nothing open, nobody walking, everything shut. Overall not a four star hotel

Just one night in castle
Stopped for one night. Probably all you need because you are up high and can do everything there in two hours. First room was not made up. Happens real often to me. Second room was two singles. Okay by me but they upgraded us. Great big suite on 7 th floor. Beautiful. Great view, fun to walk different levels.. Ate in Pizza Resteraunt. Surprisingly good pasta! Nice breakfast. Valet parking came as surprise.

this hotel is heven for us this time we tooke our doter with us so she can see how heven should see like we like very much this hotel and his hidden places staff dosen't interup , they alweys willing to help , kind the big owner of the hotel is 80 years old but he is very kind person you can catch him while standing outside and chete with him nice chet, very nice man . we recommend this hotel for all who serch for qweete hotel , in the first of ougost you can ingoin the big festival down in cison vilege , its avery nice festival , we recomend it very much lior and carol

Castle with gorgeous views near charming villages
The castle and grounds are fascinating. Two good restaurants on site - one casual one more traditional with great wait staff. The spa is situated in the most ancient part of the castle and worth a visit. The bar area is also from the last millennium. Great views of the surrounding villages, which are charming. Castle tours must be arranged ahead of time though.

Just loved our stay - pristine location, amazing views, beautiful buildings and garden areas, warm and attentive service from all the staff we interacted with, and a brilliant base from which to explore the northern Veneto region by car. Amazing place to stay
Our stay at the castle for my 50th was amazing. We had booked a Junior king suite and the room was clean and bed very comfortable.The view was amazing. On checkin our room was not ready and we were not given any info about breakfast etc and there was no info in the rooms. However on asking questions we were well looked after.Long taxi ride and costly to get there from train station but well worth the effort. They opened up the museum just for us late after we returned from having a meal and then suggested we go have a look at the prisons. Great fun. We had lunch at Osteria ca"Dei Loff which is in village below.Wonderful food and staff.

A beautiful hotel. The scenery can't be beat, the staff were excellent, always accomodating and willing to help. The condition of the hotel is beautiful, although the rooms were not very large.

Endroit magnifique chargé d’histoire. On se sent privilégié de pouvoir y séjourner. Option de restauration cependant limitée. Le service au restaurant du château laissait à désirer. Le déjeuner inclus était bien. Événement bruyant en soirée (jusqu’à 1h30 a.m.) ne nous permettant pas de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte et la climatisation n’était pas suffisante.

Sono stata a Castelbrando con il mio compagno la scorsa settimana e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza deludente. Ci aspettavamo una struttura “romantica” mentre abbiamo trovato una struttura vecchia nel servizio e non all’altezza di quello che vorrebbero essere.
