The Divi Phoenix resort was beautiful! The rooms in my suite were spacious and the views amazing! I loved having 2 balconies and even a desk for my husband to work when he had to! The only negative is that the room had a coffee maker but no coffee or tea provided, and there were no decently priced grocery stores/convenience stores nearby. Would have to take a taxi, which was pretty expensive. So, plan ahead, if you want your own snacks/drinks for the room! The beach was amazing and we were walking distance to so many great restaurants! It took us two days to realize it though! The staff were all great and the happy hours were nicely spread out between bars! We had a fabulous time!

Wife and I absolutely loved everything about our stay at Ocean Z Boutique Hotel. Our room was perfect and truly enjoyed having oceanfront view. The staff made our experience such an enjoyable one. Big shoutout to Maria for making our stay so comfortable and easygoing. She made sure to always stay on top of things without skipping a beat. Xiomara also made our dining experience here a memorable one. The pool staff and maids always made sure the pool and the room remained nice and clean. It was also a great pleasure to have met the owner, Eve, who is very charming and welcoming. Thank you all for making this trip a special one for my wife and I. We can't wait to return and stay here again!

Worst experience at a Riu. Key card to our room did not work after an hour of back and forth our key card finally let us in. The TV is not a smart TV. It does not connect to internet. Can not access YouTube or Netflix. Requested for birthday balloons, no setup was done for my finances birthday. Was requested multiple times.
