Gorgeous beach, location. Stunning room with great views (stayed in the tower). Housekeeping was a major let down - we’re not picky, very reasonable, but house keeping didn’t have our room ready till around 4:20 (that’s fine) but they did not clean our room the following two days (the first day not at all and the second day, they replaced the towels, didn’t make the bed and left the balcony doors wide open- and the rooms hot enough with the weak air conditioner (probably 77-80 F although set to 68). For roughly $500 a night I should expect basic housekeeping and AC. The housekeeping issue was corrected after consulting the very kind Dutch gentleman at the front desk. The service was overall very poor. The hostess at the restaurants and certain servers could just give two sh*ts that you’re there waiting to *be a customer*- staff would see us waiting at the wave grill and the overpriced restaurant (great meal btw) and let us stand there for 5-8 minutes before we would have to say “can we please be seated, or place an order etc”. The vibe was “you’re a tourist, you’re entitled and I don’t care about your experience and I’ll let you know it” and of course that makes us feel burdensome. But you work there, do your job. Perhaps the workers need a raise and maybe they’ll shape up. Probably won’t be back- better opt. in the area. I don’t want a “thank you for your feedback we’re sorry… “ just do better. We work hard honest jobs (nurse) to save up for this-deserve better experience

Never going here again

Wife and I absolutely loved everything about our stay at Ocean Z Boutique Hotel. Our room was perfect and truly enjoyed having oceanfront view. The staff made our experience such an enjoyable one. Big shoutout to Maria for making our stay so comfortable and easygoing. She made sure to always stay on top of things without skipping a beat. Xiomara also made our dining experience here a memorable one. The pool staff and maids always made sure the pool and the room remained nice and clean. It was also a great pleasure to have met the owner, Eve, who is very charming and welcoming. Thank you all for making this trip a special one for my wife and I. We can't wait to return and stay here again!

Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view of the beach. Even though facility has been under construction for renovation in some areas we could still enjoy our stay very much. Love it. Will definitely go back.

Nice resort close to downtown and the inner city strip looks of restaurants and good food
