La résidence est très calme, verdoyante avec de jolis jardins fleuri et arboré, elle comprend 5 appartements en RDC, un parking collectif sécurisé avec portail électrique  
un lavoir et une douche extérieure collective.  
  
Le plus du logement : Le calme, la proximité du centre ville et de la plage  
  
Le ménage de fin de séjour et le linge de maison ( draps et serviettes) sont inclus
