Completely renovated, this property is a cosy holiday home composed in the following way: the entrance opens on the living area characterized by a lot of natural light, here in fact a beautiful glass door overlooks a large livable balcony or a nice garden with its furniture, if it is the flats arranged on the ground floor. The layout is typical of an open plan living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area with seating for 6 and a modern open plan kitchen equipped with all appliances, including a large fridge with separate freezer, a ventilated oven, a microwave, a kettle and in general all the necessary equipment for cooking in the comfort of your own home. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room. Finally, there is a large windowed bathroom with a large shower cubicle. The flat is equipped with an inverter heat pump air conditioning system. An exclusive location, ideal for families or groups of 4 to 8 people in a lively and suggestive context. The location, although quiet, is optimal to fully enjoy all the services offered by the resort of Bibione Spiaggia remaining 250m from the sea, a few hundred meters from Piazzale Zenith and a few minutes from the spa. In all flats there are two bedrooms, the air conditioning system with inverter heat pump and a parking space in the condominium garage.
