Completely renovated, this property is a cosy holiday home composed in the following way: the entrance opens on the living area characterized by a lot of natural light, here in fact a beautiful glass door overlooks a large livable balcony or a nice garden with its furniture, if it is the flats arranged on the ground floor. The layout is typical of an open plan living room with a sofa, a dining area with seating for 6 and a modern open plan kitchen equipped with all appliances, including a large fridge with separate freezer, a ventilated oven, a microwave, a kettle and all the necessary equipment for cooking in the comfort of your own home. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bunk bed (2 persons) and the other with two single beds. Finally, there is a large windowed bathroom with a large shower cubicle. The flat is equipped with an inverter heat pump air conditioning system. There is also a parking space for each unit, unlimited Wi-Fi service and access to the communal laundry room on the ground floor. Residence Fiorita is a modern holiday home consisting of 8 units, located in the central Via Maja near the beach and renovated from top to bottom in 2019\. An exclusive location, ideal for families or groups of 4 to 8 people in a lively and suggestive context. The location, although quiet, is optimal to fully enjoy all the services offered by the resort of Bibione Spiaggia remaining 250m from the sea, a few hundred meters from Piazzale Zenith and a few minutes from the spa. In all flats there are two bedrooms, the air conditioning system with inverter heat pump and a parking space in the condominium garage. Fenster ging nicht zu, Rolladen fehlen, Stühle kaputt, Schränke kaputt, Duschtüren hängen aus der Führung und Duscharmatur wackelt an der Wand- mit Schrauben raus. Warmwasser reichte nur für 2 Personen. Andere Appartements in diesem Haus waren auch in einem katastrophalen Zustand- laut Mitbewohner, haben auch mit anderen gesprochen. In der Agenziasabina will niemand was davon wissen, wir wollten das mit holidu klären, stimmt auch- den holidu hat das Geld von uns bekommen, möchte das wieder zurück, und zusätzlich dazu eine Entschädigung für das Leiden in diesem Appartement,da wir mit kleinen Kindern verreist waren.
