Two-room-apartment on the ground floor, providing accomodation for max. 5 people. It is composed of: Living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed, 1 bathroom with a shower box, Covered terrace. Equipment: LCD TV-sat, microwave oven, air conditioning, dishwasher small safe. Parking in the garage. 2 small laundries with washing maschines free at disposal. 100m from the beach. This apartment is located in Bibione, seaside resort located on the border between Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto, 80 km from Venice. We have a 7 km long beach, fully equipped with umbrellas, kiosks, sports and entertainment facilities for sports activities for children and adults totally free. Es stehen verschieden Bäume und Sträucher zwischen den Häusern. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Ost- und Westterrasse. Positives: Wir durften unsere Wohnung bereits um 14 Uhr übernehmen, statt 16 Uhr. Die Wohnungsübergabe /-abgabe verläuft schnell. Es ist genügend Stauraum durch praktische Schränke in der Wohnung. Nette Hausmeister Das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen (400 m). Negatives: Der Vermieter war unter der angegebenen Rufnummer nicht erreichbar, bei Fragen mussten wir zur Agentur fahren. Die Küche ist notdürftig ausgestattet, so fehlten Basics wie Nudelsieb, Salatschüssel und tiefe Teller (wir hatten nur einen).
