Everything was wonderful! I appreciated that we were able to get into our room as soon as it was ready, since we'd had an early day of travel and were hoping to take a quick nap before starting our trip. Our hotel room was tidy and spacious. I loved that we had a space to place our luggage as well as plenty of closet space. The security helped make the space feel extra safe, even though La Condesa is already an incredibly safe and walkable area. I recommend checking out Mendl Delicatessen nearby! The only downside was having our room be on the fourth floor and walking up those flights of stairs after long days. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Bell boys were very helpful and courteous. The rest of the staff was just ok. The cleaning lady did not leave coffee and did not complete the room, left her access card on. I called the lobby for coffee and took the order but never came. The next day only left one scoop of coffee and no sugar. Very stingy. There is no hot water in the shower. Terrible!

The location of the hotel is perfect for strolling around La Condensa and Roma. The rooms are very clean. The roof top is a great place to unwind and enjoy some warm sun after a long morning of walking and exploring. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.
