La persona que nos hizo el check in no nos atendió bien, le dijimos que mi esposo era celiaco y resulta que ella sabe más de la celiaquia que el propio enfermo. Personal no acorde a la categoría, restaurante con carta precaria y precios excesivos,no tienen buena atención en general , queda muy lejos , sacan foto del baúl cuando entras y te hacen bajar a abrir el baúl cada vez que entras y salís, es incómodo

Buenos dias Gonzalo,En la recepción se les consultó el grado de alergia que tenía, para saber si podía consumir los alimentos de nuestro establecimiento. Esto se debe a que no contamos con cocina separadas y, si bien se toman todos los recaudos, puede llegar a haber un minimo grado de contaminación cruzada.Por otra parte en la entrada se solicita dicha información para seguridad de los huéspedes y propietiarios ya que se está ingresando a un barrio privado.Nuestra objetivo es que puedan disfrutar de su estadía y por eso se les realizó dichas preguntas para su cuidado.Le deseamos un lindo día.Sabrina BorboreAtención al huésped.

The superiors rooms do not have air conditioning and during spring and summer it gets very hot and it’s hard to sleep.

Nice stay!
Loi Suites is a very nice hotel with nice views and good service. good points about the hotel: - Nice property, with a beautiful river that you must visit - Nice pool - Really nice concierge, Sabrina, that helped us to build our daily activities. Some improvements: - Restaurant food could be better for the price (expensive) - It says that they have A/C but do not. So the rooms can become really hot during the afternoons during the summer. We had to sleep with open windows - that was ok because it is a quiet property.

Peaceful and nice for a night
We got a really good deal at this place because it was off season, so for the price we paid, it was worth it. The area is pretty and our room had a nice view to the mountains where we could see birds, rabbits, as well as some fish in a little pond by the hotel. But, it should be noted that otherwise around the hotel there isn't much at all. It's a half hour drive to San Martin. So, for food your options are the hotel restaurant (which was decent) or a bit of a drive. This place is best for those wanting to get away from the towns, or for those coming for the golf course, I guess. We don't play golf, so one night was enough for us. The room itself was nice and comfortable. Maybe a tad run-down. Wifi worked decently. It was a tad warm, but not a problem really. The pool was also nice. We didn't try spa options, but they had several it seemed. When we arrived they at first didn't find our reservation, but a phone call seemed to sort that out. All in all, if you get a good deal, I'd say this is a nice place for a night.

This is an ok hotel at high price. First, they did not know about what a vip expedia represent neither akwoledge it. The sommelier manager of the restaurant threat us like nobody. Awful stay in a nice enviroment.

Very nice hotel with incredible views of the Andes. The property was secure; the only slight downfall (for us) was that it was secluded...you definitely need a car to get anywhere. Good breakfast and beautiful pool. English service available.

I don't understand why a Canadian booking a hotel in Argentina would be expected to do the conversion to United Arab Emirates dollars? It looks to me like a deliberate attempt to mislead.

Beautiful facility, but not worth it
Too far away from town. Hotel is isolated. You MUST have a car to get here, or walk 3 km uphill after taking a bus from town. Staff at gate is incompetent. They made me wait for half an hour when it was raining without telling me how they were screening me until I finally asked to go. No explanation. Staff at reception desk was not particularly welcoming at first, though they did try to address my concern later. The hotel is very nice, but by the time I got there I was so frustrated and exhausted that my relaxing treat turned into a nighmare.

Simply Idyllic
Beautifull and peacefull. We had a very enjoyable time. You need to rent a car if you stay there. Breakfast has a great variety of quality food. One day many bikers came in and they had no eggs for that breakfast they are very concerned about there eggs.

very disappointing. it is very far from the nearest town, we didn't have running water in the hotel and we had to leave without any solution from the staff, internet wasn't really working, breakfast was less than basic, and the list goes on.

Give it a miss unless you are a golfer.
This is billed as a five sta hotel and is truly not even close. The room was extremely hot and the service was spotty at best. There seemed to be only few people working there. In addition, the hotel is a good fifteen to twenty minutes from town in the middle of nowhere. Anyone that is not a golfer would be much better off staying in town. This was our least favorite hotel in Argentina.

Relax in style and comfort
Excellent country-side hotel with fantastic service and design. Distance from San Martin de los Andes is actually an advantage, so long as arrive with your own car. Restaurant's menu is a bit limited but food is good. Warm swimming pool with spa services is a great bonus after a busy day of trekking/skiing!

O Hotel é espetacular, tem uma ótima e atendimento é impecavel. Porém, para um.hotel 5 estrelas tem um cafe da manha bem limitado, ja estive em hoteis 3 estrelas com cafe da manha melhor que o deles.

Pontos a melhorar: Atendimento no check in divergente do informado pelo hotels.com. Fui informado que o check in era as 15:00 quando pelo app informa que o check in é as 14:00. A atendente não sabia passar informações sobre passeios e não fez questão de buscar respostas, simplesmente nos mandou ao centro da cidade a 15km do hotel para que nos informássemos ou esperássemos até as 17:00 para falar com outra atendente, Sabrina, que saberia dar as respostas. O hotel poderia disponibilizar serviço de transfer frequente para o centro de San Martin ou mesmo para se locomover dentro do resort. A calefação do quarto era exagerada a ponto de acordarmos de madrugada suando. Informamos a camareira, mas não mudou muito. Pontos altos: Sabrina, está sim, foi um exemplo de bom atendimento e simpatia. Lucas e Francisco, atendentes do bar e do restaurante. Super solícitos e empáticos. Apresentação do pianista na noite de quinta feira. Um espetáculo privado. Impressionante. Comida muito boa, local e hotel são lindos.

El lugar esta muy mal mantenido. Las cortinas con jirones. El colchón muy deformado. Muy poco mantenido en general. La parte entrada de la entrada muy sucia. En general muy desmejorado. La gente muy amable y muy bien predispuesta.

Lo que no me gusto es que Expedia.com.ar pago en pesos argentinos al establecimiento, me cobro a mi en pesos argentinos y yo siendo ciudadana argentina y visitando un hotel en mi país ,tuve que pagar el impuesto del 30% país porque Expedia identificándose como . Com. Ar igualmente te debita el impuesto !, como si uno viajara al exterior !!! Vergüenza total. No reserven con Expedia .
