The space 3 bedroom duplex in a quiet neighborhood close to Texas State University. Bedrooms are located upstairs with the two full baths. Lower level is living, dining, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Less than a mile from campus. Easy access to Wimberley, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake and the outlet mall. Fully remodeled in Oct of 2023. 2.5 bathrooms. Large sectional and chairs in the living area make for a comfortable place for the whole group to hang out. Oak shaded backyard space with a deck for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Easy parking on the driveway. Guest access This is an entire unit. It is 1/2 of a duplex shares a central wall with the other unit.
