The people who run this are such a sweet couple. Thanks to them or trip changed from fun to memorable. They grew sugarcane in their backyards and they were so kind to give a few of them. If back in Pismo this is the place I will surely stay. Very close to the butterfly grove and Grover beach.

This is not a fancy hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable beds. The owners/operators are very friendly and eager to accommodate requests. I liked supporting this small local business. The hotel is also a nice walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Hotel was centrally located for me. Amtrak just a 5 minute walk. A lot of neat eateries, coffee shop, and 10 minute walk to Grover Beach. $$$$ good for area.

Don’t stay here, just spend a few extra.
People next to us were playing music till 6am. When I wanted to cancel my next night, the owner made it extremely hard and had me going back and forth with an agent to get him to cancel, wouldn’t even show up to give me the refund hiding behind his desk. Room wasn’t clean, and I got charged for both nights as soon as we checked in. Avoid

Very disappointed
For starters, the room smelled musty, comforter was stained. Mattress was semi-comfortable but tiny on flat side pillows. Thin towels. Very annoying light switches on walls and none in bathroom. Light switch was placed outside in bedroom so had to constantly go back out to turn on/off and at night when bathroom was needed, light kept waking my husband who was asleep. Overall would never stay there again.

We checked into our room we paid for king bed gave us queen size, bathroom floor so dirty, there was no free continental breakfast, like they advertised. Will not stay ever again.

A good experience
I would recommend The Seaview for their service, cleanliness and parking availability. Close to the beach and restaurants. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.

It was ok. The 2 queen beds in the room made it a little snug to move around. Our back bathroom window was open on the top floor and we could hear people talking at night after 10:00. It's good accommodations but definitely not the best.

the beds were too hard. we couldn't sleep very well. no water bottles in vending machine or room. bathroom was nice. shower nice but made a loud whistle noise while water running. room was hot and muggy. no A/C. just floor fans

The bathroom ceiling leaked my entire night at the hotel. The floor flooded. The staff seemed to not care and focused more so on defending the length of time the ceiling may have been leaking.

It was a clean area. Staff was friendly. However, there was not air-conditioning so it got a little warm, there was a fan which was sufficient because it was not too hot. Unfortunately we couldn't keep the door open because I was afraid of my kiddo would take off running outside. Other than that I recommend the place! It is like 4 blocks away from the beach.

I liked that it was in the property was in the middle of all the places we wanted to sight see and was super convenient. There was a small coffee place close by as well as a Thai restaurant that was really good!
