For shared use: well-kept terraced garden, 1'600 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: reception, table tennis, washing machine (for shared use). Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 500 m, bicycle rental 300 m, sandy beach 500 m. Marina 200 m, cycle lane 50 m.
