That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. I believe the owner should come out to fix the problems but he doesn’t. If you are someone who does not cause attention, you will be fine. Be careful when coming in from the beach because the floors do attract sand very easily.
