The apartment is located in the vibrant Miramar neighborhood of Puerto Rico, known for its lively atmosphere and close proximity to everything San Juan has to offer. It is perfect for families or groups who appreciate a modern and comfortable space. The building itself does not have an elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment. And there is no designated parking available. However, there is a public parking lot across the street, and street parking can also be found nearby. Guests should be aware that there is a nightclub located below the building, open Thursday through Saturday, which may lead to some noise during those days. Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into a spacious and cozy living area. The room features high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to take in the lively views of Miramar. A large, comfortable sofa is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city.
