It is a nice apartment but the neighborhood is very loud and busy. I prefer quiet. No hot water in kitchen sink either but I believe that is typical of the island. The property manager was super helpful and kind and we were able to receive a full refund without an issue. I would recommend if you don’t mind noisy and busy. ##### Lorena G.
