Area is very lively. No need to rent a car. Fully remodeled 1 bedroom w/ king bed, full sofa bed, washer & dryer, parking and beachfront pool. Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular in the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security. Large parties: We manage other apartments in the same building also listed on Airbnb. The condo is located in one of the nicest beachfront condominiums in Isla Verde Avenue and by far the best location of all. Ciao Mediterraneo, Mist Rooftop Bar, La Playita. • Watersports rentals a few steps away (wave runners, kayaks, parasail, and banana boats among others) • Surfing Lessons \~ 10 minute walk • Bike Rental \~ 10 minute walk • Isla Verde is the nicest beach of San Juan \~ the place to see and be seen • No need to rent a car • Everything is within very easy and safe walking distance (day and night) • Public bus to Old San Juan stops in our building \~ 0.75 ¢ each way • 10 minute drive from airport with absolutely no airport noise \~ $10 per cab • To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street • You will not want to stay anywhere else and then have to travel by car at night, even on small distances, because you end up in a condo in a small very quiet nearby street, or on the other very quiet side of Isla Verde (next to the Ritz and the Courtyard Marriott). Only the condos on Isla Verde Ave. that are near the Intercontinental and El San Juan Hotel are the ones you can truly walk to/from at any time of the day AND night, even with small children. This area of Isla Verde Ave has lots of light at night, security and tourists walking around at all times, yet our condo is very quiet, you will not hear any street noise. All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated. NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property. We like the west building the best. This condo was really nice - really liked the kitchen set up and having a washer/dryer in the unit. The view was great from the bedroom and balcony, and it was nice having a table and 4 chairs on the balcony. Beautiful place, beautiful view and so much accessibility within the area! The property manager was easily accessible if I had any questions! We arrived with no entry info or instructions of how to enter the keyless apartment. The VRBO # was no help- 40mins later no response frm 2nd # listed on VRBO. But a person working late for her shift, past 5pm Aug 9th) should receive a raise . She assisted us with a smile. We parked, got in thanks to her!! & will love to return. It was a quiet area with very nice and helpful property workers. We walked a lot to the businesses close by. Close to everything and fantastic beach. We were so impressed that the city was cleaning up all the beaches every morning. Id say that adding a safe and extra towels for the beach, and also for cleaning, would be appreciated. The roll away bed was also very nice for our 7 year old. It was comfortable and clean. The area was perfect. It was our first time using uber and it was great! They have a outdoor shower, pool, basketball court and tennis court. Good value. The building is older. The furniture is functional, the bed is comfortable. The building is quiet (this is a beach side unit). Bring an sleeping eye mask, the curtains do not block out all of the Puerto Rico sun. The buliding is old and out dated. The condo was not as clean and updated as the photos represented (beware of filters travelers) Couch was not stable, dining room chairs were rusted, washer dryer rusted and missing parts. I almost cut my finger on the dryer door, because a nail was sticking out where the handle once was. Housekeeping is definitely not cleaning properly. Dirt was built up in the corner base boards, and windows were dirty. I have pictures of everything if anyone wants me to share. ##### Ney N. The unit was well appointed and clean. Our only issue was the internet and television were not working when we arrived and, being the weekend, no one could be reached immediately.
