With two bedrooms featuring a king & queen bed, along with amenities such as a washer & dryer and parking, your stay promises convenience and comfort. Its prime location is just 10 mins from San Juan Airport.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.  
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.   
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.  
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet
