This amazing art-filled house near Calle Loiza will provide you with an excellent, newly renovated, and beautiful place to stay while you enjoy your time on the island. Vibrantly decorated with original art pieces by local painters and prints from international artists. 100% solar powered, with Tesla battery backup and water cistern in case of outages.

\- 10 minute drive from historic Old San Juan  
\- Steps away from the city nightlife  
  
This property is located near Calle Loiza, a sector of San Juan noted for its diverse and popular culinary scene as well as nightlife destination. You will be walking distance from the beautiful Ocean Park Beach and all it has to offer. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to famous and popular attractions like Old San Juan, El Morro, La Placita in Santurce, and much more.  
  
This house is powered by clean energy using solar panels, and is equipped with a Tesla battery backup in case of a power outage. The same goes for the water cistern which serves as a storage in case the municipality shuts services down temporarily. We have you covered so you can enjoy your stay with us with uninterrupted services! Oh, and did I mention the optical fiber wi-fi and full a/c's in all bedrooms and living areas? Yeah...well that too!  
  
Guests have access to the entire first floor of the house, entire private stay with your own bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms! Your accommodations include a king bed in the main suite, a queen bed in the 2nd room, and a bunk bed in the 3rd room. You will feel refreshed with air conditioning in all areas of the house. You will also kick back while lounging on the hammock in the private balcony of your home away from home.
