Larkspur Landing at Campbell is a comfortable, clean property that was convenient for us. I am extremely pleased with all of the accommodations as well as the breakfast, which included hot items on some days. I usually clean my rooms myself before settling in and I would say the room we had was the cleanest room I had ever stayed at. The bathroom was very large and comfortable, as was the bed and the work table. The gym and business center were convenient as well. I liked that there was ample parking.

Fast check in. Friendly service. Clean room with full kitchen and comfortable bed. Breakfast from 6am to 9am. Good parking. Jack in the box right outside. Safeway right down the street.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years and been very satisfied. HOWEVER, this trip, the room was REALLY run down, dated, broken items in the room, bad smell, just not up to past stays. Plus, I talked my sister into staying at this hotel and her room was really bad. It smelled so bad AND the carpet was covered in wet "dog pee" spots. She had to move to our room as there were no other rooms available. When I tried to make up our "hide-a-bed" sofa so my sister wouldn't have to sleep in her stinky room, the mattress on the pull out bed was disgusting, and the bag of linens provided in the room were filthy. The sheets were stained and stunk, the blanket was covered in long hairs and the pillows were dirty. We had to have the front desk bring all new linens at 11:00 p.m. The room had just 2 towels and we had to ask for wash clothes as well. Not well stocked. This place has really gone down hill and we will not be staying here again.

I wasn't expecting a full on kitchen, so was pleasantly surprised! Love aeeing all the coffee choices in the lobby. Comfortable bed, and looking forward to breakfast in the morning! Great front desk staff too!

Property is really showing it's age. Rooms were clean but felt worn out - carpeting, somewhat dim lighting, curtains, musty smell in the hallways. The included breakfast is nice - a couple of hot items to go with fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread/bagel, coffee.

All I needed
It's nice to have a full size fridge, dishwasher, and kitchen supplies. Linens were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The furniture is worn, but solid and comfortable. It's all I needed for my stay.

I want to start by saying the staff were absolutely wonderful! Everyone we talked to was so nice and helpful. Our issue was at check in. The management of this place does not allow you to check in using a debt card. It has to be a credit card. I booked through expidia.com and it does not say this anywhere on there. I don't have credit cards and if my husband hadn't brought his, I don't think we would have been able to check in. Again, this was not the receptionists fault. She was nothing but sweet the entire time while explaining. This is a managment policy that either needs to be made clear on all booking websites or changed.

A weekend getaway!
My stay at the hotel with my fiance was rather pleasant and peaceful, given the New Year holiday. Upon check in the staff was very helpful with giving us the option of a walk-in shower or a bathtub which I'd already booked considering my fiance wanted a bath. The executive suite room was spacious consisting of a bedroom, living room, and kitchenette. They also provide a continental breakfast, hot coffee and tea throughout the day. Also the vending machines have a great selection of food and drinks. The only thing that I noticed in our room was that there were punch marks in the wall/gouges, the bathroom sinks weren't draining properly, no body wash in the shower, and nobody knocked on our door to ask if we needed any extra supplies.

Good but .....
Room was clean but bathroom sink had very slow drain. Within 15 seconds of turning on a trickle of water the drain backed up. Bathtub had a patched hole in the bottom of the fiberglass. TP was like sandpaper. Went and bought my own roll of softer TP.

Place was run down, bad lighting, not very clean, carpet looks like it wasn’t vacuumed , drapery and furniture very worn, shear’s fraying. Found large dead cockroach on kitchen floor the next morning and there was a small black bug crawling around on the floor in the middle of the night. I think it was a baby coach roach. The room was about $120 a night, which is really cheap. I would not return there, would rather pay a little more and get something clean and in better condition. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Positive thing, bed was ok for me and it was quiet. My adult kid’s room was run down, furniture old no bugs, found, they had good night’s rest on the bed.
