I enjoyed staying here; very nice quiet, beautiful scenery. Close to San Jose and shopping centers. Staff was awesome. Breakfast buffet was so good.

The breakfast was on point!! Excellent fresh-cut fruit. Great tea options. Fresh (real) eggs, bacon and french toast. Perhaps the best "Free" breakfast we've had at a hotel of this level. Shows that they give a damn about their guests. The only gripe was the thin walls but given the age of the place, not an easy fix. Would stay again.

The property was adequate. The dining area was clean and the food and food service staff were awesome. On my third day I returned to my room after a day away and my room smelled heavily of marijuana. I left my window open for hours in the cold to clear the air.

A Peaceful Retreat
Such a hidden gem nestled by the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains! Love the safe and secure (and serene) neighborhood that's located in - yet it's within a stone's throw from Downtown Los Gatos! The ambience, the wonderful staff, the safe & secure parking lot, as well as the amazingly delectable hot breakfast that's included with your stay - are some factors that make this accommodation option simply the best!

Great stay
Lots of my family stayed there for an event in town and the hotel was festive with Christmas decorations, everyone working there was super nice, the breakfast was great and the rooms clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Superb Stay
My 4 night stay at the Best Western in Los Gatos was impeccable. Excellent location, super friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast too. Kudos to Mgr. Marcus for helping me straighten out issue with Hotels.com. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Very helpful and efficient staff. Amazing breakfast, great coffee and selection. Very clean! Only disappointment was at about 6:30am some guests were quite noisy. One was revving his car engine, others slamming doors. Guests were inconsiderate. The hotel and staff were excellent. I would stay there again and hope for more considerate guests.

Everything is real good, but there is one big problem! There is a restaurant next door and patrons use the hotel parking lot. I stayed 5 nights. Twice, I was unable to park. The management shrugged their shoulders. No help. 3 stars.

Close to Los Gatos which has a great 'strip' of shops and restaurants. It was also close to the Mountain Winery where we say a concert. The minus was the lousy WiFi and noisy fridge we had to turn off because it was so loud.

There was a knocking noise coming from the ceiling near the bathroom that kept me awake most of the night. When I requested a new room, I told the front desk that there was also a crack in the tile in the shower. It had been there awhile as was evident by the raised flooring and baseboard swelling. All the molding around the shower had pulled away. I told the front office they probably need to fix these things before they book this room again. She said it is up to corporate. Apparently they do not care about the experience of their guests-another person will be kept awake and possibly exposed to mold from the water damage. I was able to switch rooms for the next night, which I appreciated.
