Poor ability to register reservation

Their reservation system didn't "work" correctly. Even though they received the reservation, it didn't allocate the room. So I got to sit for 35 minutes while they figured it out, even though they had the confirmation. THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST PUT ME IN THE ROOM and dealt with their bureaucracy later! Was not MY problem! Plus an underwhelming sense of caring from the front desk like it was not HER problem, either. Also, there was no hot water in the sink after running for 15 minutes (in the CA drought.) Let the bath run, and then 5 minutes later got warm water in the sink.
