Front desk customer service was not helpful at all. Came in at 6am and was told by a young lady in reception, I could get breakfast just to be told I had to pay by a kitchen worker since I hadn’t checked in yet. Worked in lobby until check in hoping I could get early check in, told reception to call me if there is a room available early. They never called me and I noticed they were letting people check in early so I had to ask again and they seemed irritated I wanted to check in early.

Very clean, good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing to complain about maybe except the food prices. The neighborhood look a bit sketchy.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were great, we were able to extend our checkout and staff were very helpful calling cabs and answering our questions. We would stay here again!

Some broken fixtures, the faucet on the tub didn't work. Some the towels were dirty... Every day we had to get new cards for the elevator & our room door, not what I expected for a 4 star hotel!!

The hotel is modern, clean, and the kitchen staff are friendly and very accomodating. However, can't say the same about front desk staff; the hotel's policy is to scan the customers passport. This is not done anywhere else in Costa Rica and makes one wonder their reason. Would not recommend walking alone around the area.

Last night of a bimonthly trip to catch some Zs and clean up. Plus: Speedy check-in, fast room service, safe parking, nice view of the city at night, good pizza, and ample towels. Minus: Undisclosed room service charges (2 of them) and ice only available on the first floor (a 12 floor property). Lighting in room could have been better. Bottom line: Yes, we would stay here

Property is in a safe neighborhood, clean, I only had an issue with the AC. It was not working in the fully capacity, it was reported but in my opinion partially repaired. Out of that I will recommend it, staff five plus.

The damage deposit collected at checkin was supposed to be 50000 crc which about 100 usd, but they took 200 usd which is over 100000 crc. I killed a roach in my room.

this is our second time staying here. it is very nice, clean and staff is Very Friendly and helpful. My only negative is the room is very poorly lit. Two of the lamps did not turn on, making it very dark in the evening.
