Even though we checked in around 6, it still wasn't cleaned. I had explained we would be there past 4pm, but didn't expect the house to be cleaned much later only because we weren't arriving right at 4pm. There were ants in the kitchen counters, sink, floor, and in the bathrooms. The owner got in a really bad fight with the internet guy over the phone in our presence.
