Nice hotel, very helpful and pleasant staff.

Pros: Staff was wonderful! A computer was available for us to use.
Cons: Can't think of anything that could be changed.
Location: Locally we visited a dental clinic. Also visited the National Museum and the Jade museum. Both were well done museums.
Had no problems at all with our stay at the Dunn Inn. Would choose to stay there again when I return in five months. Traffic was a problem but that was not the fault of the Hotel. Everyone did everything to make us feel at home.

Nice location, windowless room

Staff were lovely and it was great to have a simple breakfast included. The location was really nice as I doubt we would have otherwise seen this quiet part of town. But the room was windowless and on a noisy corridor which was a bit of a shame - expensive bar compared to other places we tried.

Nice hotel but very noisy during the night.

My room was close to the restaurant and there were doors slamming all the time until 2 in the morning. In the evening the restaurant was supposed to open at 6pm. I was starving and waited until 6:40 and there were still not ready to open. The personnel did not care at all so I went somewhere else.

Character Hotel

Pros: It had character.
Cons: I would recommend asking for a room with a window. Ours had none.
Location: It was located on the edge of a rough part of town. Head to the central historical section.
The reception desk staff were eager to help with any requests. We liked the historical information about Dunn Inn that was displayed. The attached bar and restaurant was of good quality and the location of the hotel was close enough to walk to the National Museum and other attractions. Taking a cab at night is highly advised.

Staff was great. taxi readily available, security after sunset. very polite staff. guest were impressed. filling free breakfast. Just right.
