It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with a single bed.The living room, with access to the terrace, has a double sofa bed (recommended for 1 adult or 2 children), as well as air conditioning. Both the living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans.The kitchen is gas-powered, integrated into the living room and fully equipped.The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.The living room has access to a very spacious terrace with spectacular views of the Mar Menor, perfect for enjoying unique sunsets.It has its own parking space in the communal garage, as well as a beautiful communal pool.Maximum occupancy of 4 people.LOCATION:The urbanization, El Arpón, is built on a hill, so there are stairs to access both the apartment and the communal areas.
