This is the most basic of accomodations. That being said, it is very clean and functional. For late arrival to Tenerife Sur, a good place to rest before moving on to the rest of the island. Maybe a ten minute cab ride from airport. Beds are small, but good enough for one night. It is right next to the Estacion de Guaguas, You can get a bus to anywhere on the island with a 5 minute walk. This hotel does not try to be a resort, it is a bed for the night. Adequate value for money.

Good stopover
Very convenient location for arriving from Tenerife South airport, and for access to TF1. Nearby restaurants abd cafes provided good evening meal and breakfast options. All for a very reasonable price.

Perfect hotel near the airport (south)
I was looking for a Hotel in the south near the airport with good bus connection. The Hotel Ucanca was a perfect choice for this. My room was clean and comfy. There are some places to eat and a supermarket close by. I had a good night sleep and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely ok hotel close to the airport.
Clean simple hotel room for short term, leaving or arriving to Tenerife. Airport is close, parking is free on the street. Great *** star hotel for that.

Very good hotel,close to airport
If you need a hotel close to Tenerife Sur,this is an excellent choice.Clean,comfortable,spacious and light rooms-even a small balcony.Views of traffic,but the excellent sound proofing cuts out all noise. Better quality and value than some other places we stayed in this holiday!

This is a decent hotel if you are leaving early r arriving late from the airport. Traffic noise is a bit annoying. Could benefit from breakfast

If you arrive at the airport late or have to leave early this hotel is conveniently situated. A ten minute drive and easy to locate. There is street parking nearby.

This hotel is in a very busy area so isn't foe peace and quiet. Some shops nearby. Discovered a lovely restaurant a few mins away which was a gem.

If you want a cheap but clean, basic place to stay a night before or after a flight to/from TFS Hotel Ucanca is fine. The beds were a little uncomfortable but acceptable. Reception is on floor 2 up in a lift from a strange little access door in a block of shops. San Isidro is not very attractive, however, and it's hard to find somewhere to eat except rough-looking bars. Access to the airport via buses 111 or 460 is easy, cheap and convenient. Make sure you're going the right direction along the route, though! I booked through Expedia and had all the details of my booking with me but the hotel siad they had no record of my reservation. Luckily they had availability. I won't trust Expedia again!

bedroom large with patio but lots of road noise, as situated just off of the main road which continued for most of night and started again early morning. bath with shower and plenty of hot water small fridge but no kettle and hot drinks machine in reception was out of order on date of our stay

No frills but great quality and good value
This hotel has no facilities apart from the rooms, and serves no food. It's just rooms. My room was very spacious and very comfortable. It was clean and quiet, and the WiFi was free and fast. The shower was hot and had good pressure. I stayed five nights and slept well every night. I thought the price was reasonable. The hotel building has huge signs, but it's not obvious how to find reception. You need to go through a shopping arcade and take its lift to the second floor. San Isidro is a Spanish working town, not a tourist resort. You can catch buses to Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje if that's what you want, but for me it was a good base for a hiking holiday. Plenty of restaurants and shops in town.

Needed a place that was easy to find and close to the South Airport with space for 3 adults and parking. Excellent on all counts Drawback was a lot of traffic, but a plus to be on a Main Street as there were plenty of places to eat

A good hotel in a Spanish town. Not a tourist hotel, and it doesn't do meals. A very big room, a good hot shower with plenty of water pressure, and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever had. The hotel is above a shopping centre, and you need to take the lift to the second floor to find reception.

The place is clean, felt safe and is close to the airport. Just what you need to catch an early flight the morning after, or if you arrive very late in the evening. Except for those occasions I wouldn't spend any time at this hotel. The room was old, big and almost empty, but at least made of durable materials that don't wear so easily. The rooms are warm (even in winter) and with low air quality.

Väldigt bekväm avstånd till Teneriff söder flygplats- kan ta buss dit på 5-10 minuter. Ren och bekväm hotell. Nära motorvägen så ljudnivån är också det (åtminstone det rummet som jag hade)- Inget kanske för att stanna längre tid, för att omgivningen är inget höjdare.

Hotellet var rent och fräscht, men väldigt basic. Wi-fi-access fanns i korridoren. Några ställen i närheten öppet för frukost en söndagsmorgon. En kort taxiresa från flygplatsen och nära till busshållplatsen för bussarna mot Santa Cruz.
