Charming, quiet, friendly and welcoming, a really pleasant surprise! We liked everything about this small b&b. The owner and staff were knowledgable and helpful. Breakfast was small but perfect and the coffee delicious. The restaurant just a short walk up the road served excellent food. Great location, SG is just a short drive up the hill. Would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

The rooms are very much 2-3 star, however, the overall property has a great feel about it. Staff were amazing, breakfast was great. Great ambiance. If I have the opportunity, I will come back. Definitely need a car if staying here.

Vacation and a stop over on one of three areas of Italy visited and a great base to visit SAN Gimignano which is approx three km from hotel. Beautiful Tuscany villa accommodation surrounded by vineyards and staff very friendly. Stunning views of SAN Gimignano

This was an amazing place to stay and at a very reasonable rates. It was rather difficult to locate from San Gimigigano, but once there it was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff were great, the room spacious and pleasant, the breakfast fabulous. Thank you.

Wonderful place.
Room is comfortable and warm in cool weather. Very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful view of San G. Breakfast was spectacular with cakes, cheese, bread, yogurt, boiled egg - nice to have both sweets and protein. Accommodated infant very well. Incl. playground and infant bed. No complaints. Very relaxing stay. Missed it when we left. Did find a few cobwebs since we had an infant reaching under things. Otherwise perfect. Personally we didn't like the neighboring restaurant as much as the others who reviewed this place did but it was convenient. Good place for kids and dogs.

Fun for kids! Spacious apartment and great pool
Arrived in Tuscany with two kids from Rome- where it was hot and crowded. This was a pleasant change- quiet location, air conditioned rooms, and a fantastic pool with diving board! We took many day trips to different towns, but would always return to spend a few hours pool side. Nice restaurant up the street- walking distance, otherwise need to go into San Gimigiano which is about a 5 minute drive (can't walk there).

Wonderful stay, amazing views!
We had a wonderful stay in the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. There was more than enough space for my family with two older teenage kids. The setting was beautiful, with amazing views of the walled city in the distance. The pool was refreshing and the pool area kept very clean. Every morning and sometimes in the afternoon I had the most delicious soy cappuccinos! The staff was amazing and very helpful. With their help we booked a wonderful wine tasting tour and the best cooking class. I think we could have stayed there forever!
