Great Stay at Hotel Bel Soggiorno
Our stay at Hotel Bel Soggiorno was excellent. The hotel is well located a short walk from Porta San Giovanni where the bus dropped us off. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They lended us an adaptor as our was no longer working and gave us clear instructions on how to catch our bus the next day to Siena. Our room (#4) was very clean, comfortable and spacious overlooking the street (some noises of trucks in the morning but not enough to be a bother) The bathroom was a good size as well. The AC was still functional (many hotels turn it off at this time of year).

I am only marking the hotel down for no bar for clients when it has a restaurant and instead has vending machines for coke and water and snacks. I loved the hotel, I thought the breakfast was top class and I ate in the restaurant and I adored the food and wine. I Just don't get why the reception can't work with the restaurant to operate that middle lounge room as a bar until 12

Great location, rooms are updated and pleasing. Staff is very helpful. Dining area has a gorgeous view of the countryside.
