Very friendly and helpful. No restaurant on site, but a nice coffee shop next door. Rooms and bathroom large and nicely decorated, loved the choice of books 😊. You can take the BART service to the hotel, just exit Powell St and walk up Powell to Sutter. Cost of BART is about $11, and taxi is close to $50. Lovely restaurant near by called Roxanne Cafe at Powell and Bush (loved the dinner menu). Keep in mind that almost all of the restaurants close around 10pm.

Loved the stay here! My wife and I had our anniversary get away and chose to be walking distance from the ballpark and it was the best decision! Will be back everytime. Service was good, Valet guys were hustling, and room got upgraded. 10/10
