Not bad, not great.
My overall experience was nothing special. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. I felt some days the staff was good and other days they were not. If you’re working in customer service, you should make an effort to acknowledge and greet your guests. When I checked out, no one asked how my stay was, etc. I got the vibe the staff just goes through the motions and could learn how to be warm and engaging. Customer service and personalized service goes a long way. A lot of the time no one even said hi. I found this very odd. I also needed to get in touch with the hotel before I arrived and the front desk does not pick up the phone. I tried calling numerous amount of times. I even tried another day just to see if perhaps they were just busy that day and no one answered again. Very inconvenient. My room key also stopped working twice in my week stay there. That was an inconvenience as I was staying on the 7th floor (highest floor) and I would have to come back down on more than one occasion to have it fixed. The room itself was fine. Nothing to write home about. The pillows are not comfortable and the air in the room is loud, but besides that it’s decent. The best thing about this hotel is it’s location.
