No sense of urgency
Got to the hotel and valet for the night was $60. Then went to check in and we were the only ones at the counter but the supervisor wouldn't stop talk to the employee for a couple minutes. After the supervisor got done talking to the girl at the front desk there had been another guest arrive and stand at the check in place next to us. The surpervisor left the girl to check us in and them in all alone. The girl seemed overwhelmed and it took about 15 minutes to check in. The worst was the next day we called valet to bring our car up. They said it would be 30 min. Which is crazy. But we waited and waited. 45 minutes in we talked to the front desk and said we've been waiting where is our car? They called the valet service and said they're grabbing it now. 10 minutes later I talk to the bell help and asked him if he could check on our car he called and they said they just heard about it 10 minutes ago. So my wife, 9 month old and I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes to get our car from valet to head out of town. Terrible experience
