Room was great! Staff was not as friendly! Breakfast area was messy and by 8 am there wasn’t much! As we were leaving 10:55 we got a call that our time was up and had 15 mins! We where literally out by 11

Place was fine. An expensive short taxi ride from the airport so I wish the shuttle ran more frequently. But the rooms were nice. Breakfast was….. staff friendly. Definitely fine for the price. Would stay there again.

They have the worst shuttle service you can ever come across. The front desk staff, the one that was working evening shift on March 1st, 2024, was very unprofessional.

The hotel is under renovation to a nicer look. Clean room, no carpet ( which I like). Safe free parking is a big plus. Close to good restaurant and close to airport. Just hoping they can improve the breakfast , add at least egg and bacon just like any continental breakfast in some hotels.Also, please strictly impose your non smoking policy as we can smell in the hallway. Staff are nice and helpful.

Everything was great! My second stay here as it’s close to SFO and parking is super convenient. Hoping Tesla chargers will be working my next stay here. Nothing bad about this place. Staff is friendly and rooms are spotless and smell clean! Never been to a hotel that does NOT smell of smoke! I’d choose this hotel over any others when I need to stay after work in SF!

The hotel room itself was very clean and I appreciate having a microwave and fridge in the room. A big motivator for booking this hotel was that they had a free shuttle, but when I landed into the airport around 1030 the shuttle never came even though it said it ran until 11. I ended up having to pay $25 for a taxi and when I got to the hotel the shuttle was just sitting there. I had also booked for the free breakfast, but the breakfast was very mediocre. There were also a lot of renovations going on in the hotel lobby. Aside from that the staff was friendly, and the room was clean, so that was the good part.

Very loud and right on a busy street with cops around. Shuttle is not regular and at every hour… ended up using uber… didnt want to miss my flight and needed a good night’s sleep… which didn’t happen. It probably used to be a cheap motel that is being refurbished as of February 2024. You will hear foot traffic and neighbors. They need dark curtains and if you stay here- Eye mask, ear plugs and possibly money for Uber

Some of the rooms were being renovated, so there was construction stuff going on. The walls are pretty thin, the first night I was there the guy next door was talking on the phone until 3am and his voice was audible on my room. The breakfast was standard motel breakfast. The staff was pretty nice and friendly. There is an airport shuttle, but it serves several motels/hotels, so you need to plan ahead.

Love the San Bruno location right in the neighborhood. This was 2nd time staying at this hotel...was just as good the 2nd time! Rooms were clean & spacious and the person that checked us in was very informative!
