Literally the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It’s super clean, nice, classy, and the staff was so sweet! I wish our stay had been longer! I can’t wait to go back!

The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. My husband and I took my son and his two friends see a concert. The front desk was helpful with locating a restaurant near the venue For my husband and I to have dinner while the kids were at the concert.

Many aspects of the property are exceptional - such as the dining spaces, the room, cleaning, and front desk help. My only feedback is regarding coffee and WIFI. Coffee makers provided in each room. You can hide them away in the cabinets but please provide them in room. The person working the cafe downstairs (not open until 6am) is unfriendly and I was not aware of the free coffee for guests until I checked out. Also I don't think you should nickle and dime customers on the WIFI at such a nice establishment.

When a guests conduct interferes with our other guest's enjoyment, we will take action as we did in this case to rectify the situation. Regardless of how one books our hotel a standard of conduct is expected from each of our guest. A refund will not be issued in this case.

The hotel itself is gorgeous. Room was smaller than expected and a little outdated. The receptionist that assisted us was nice. Things I didnt like during my stay: (1) VALET PARKING - Crowded & not organized as expected (2) SPA’s not working (3) Water pool was cold

Loved the hotel. Area around hotel sketchy. I understand the problems but too many mental health and drug issues visible on Market and surrounding area. Hotel staff was uniformly terrific.

PROS: Beautiful room and building overall. Very clean. Very luxe. comfy bed and pillows. lovely marble-appointed bathroom. Great rainfall shower. Excellent location for downtown. CON: The only con was the quite audible sound coming into the room from the hallways. Might have something to do with the thin hall carpeting and 1.5" gap under the door.

The Papace is an old school paradise. Great decor and the light streams into the GC lounge in the morning! The only thing that was off were the shower dividers. The only cover half the tub do you have to crowd the rain style shower head. Extend that clear barrier and it would be great. Plus you can’t really shower with two. Less fun.
