The front desk man Tyler is excellent, accommodating and Professional. Made the stay all that much more Wonderful! Had some problems with Orbitz but nothing this business Man couldn’t assist me with, Beautiful accommodations!!! Thanks Samesun

Well aside being fare warned they were starting renovations on the roof on the day 2, this was just fine because the Excellent Manager had let me know! This Manager was from Hong Kong and was very Professional and helpful. I will definitely go back here again!

I liked the big room, great clean modern bathroom, free parking, free coffee in the room. Didnt care about the street noise and the fact that the room didnt get cleaned at all during my 3 day stay

The water gets hot super quick. We got a view of the golden bridge on the 3rd floor room. It didn’t feel sanitized..no hand sanitizers on property. Cleaning staff wore masks i appreciate that. Very small and tight feel...

Good hotel with Good location
Fast easy check in. Hotel was clean and comfortable, parking was free. Location was great, walking distance to food and if you are a walker, walking distance to some attractions. Definitely would stay again.

Great location, great service and economical
The staff was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, and the room itself was spotlessly clean! The only real downside is because my room was located on the Lombard Street side, it was difficult to sleep without ear plugs due to street noise. If I stay there again in the future, I will ask for a room on the other side.

Lombard Motor In
We enjoyed our stay at the Lombard Motor Inn. The room and bathroom were both clean. The bed was comfortable. Our view wasn’t the best since our window looked out to the building next door but we weren’t looking for a room with a view so it wasn’t a negative to us. The only thing that was weird was we didn’t have a fridge or microwave but it was fine. Parking is limited but we were able to get a spot both nights we stayed. The location is great if you like the marina or wharf. Also, the employees were all really nice.

The Room was clean the beds were comfortable the staff was pleasant. We wanted to go to China tail and Chris was so nice and explained about the Cost taking an Uber versus driving really helped great guy.

Convenient
Great price for downtown SF. Easy check in and out. Free parking. Great location -within walking distance of good restaurants and Marina Green. Lots of traffic noise on third (top) floor, which window didn't block.

It was clean and quiet enough. Bed was comfy. Safety was iffy homeless going into the garage and looking for money in vending machines and people parking that are not customers. Not enough parking. No extras.. No prepackaged breakfast items. Vending machine sells 2.50 bottle of water or soda. Cable tv not so good. Limited stations. Close to everything though if you care to walk up, up steep hills.

Nice stay.. we had a room facing the street on the second floor and it was nice for us. We can see the top of the Golden Gate Bridge which was beautiful at sunset. It was noisy but we didn’t mind

Great place for those money. It was very quiet in the hotel inside - looks like we were the only one couple there on the floor. Good to have a parking on the ground floor. Location was perfect for us. Friendly checking in.

Love the view of the bridge, not a bad area to stay in. In the middle of all the cite seeing points. Will definitely go back again. Only unfortunate part was parking seemed tight and tv channels go in and out.

I liked how close it was to fishermen's warf. The only thing is that it doesn't have too many food places close by unless you go to the fishermen's warf.

Our stay was great, we were lucky enough to get a room with a great view,with a balcony. Beds were comfortable but pillows could have been a tad bit better, shower was clean as well as the rest of the bathroom. Literal walking distance to the piers very great location. Near are some great food establishments and a market for drinks and snacks which made it a prime location for us. Overall a great stay for me and my family! I would recommend this stay and would definitely return if we ever visit san francisco again.

Nice but no tv channels
Everything was perfect and clean , I really enjoyed my stay! However the only thing was that the channels didn’t work. Informed the staff and they said they would go fix it but it continued.
